Actually it's going on right now if you wanna do your lists up. Otherwise, we can do it privately, or, as you've probably noticed, the chat room is now here. So you can also make your picks there.
So either E-mail or Chat room/Messenger. Basically, if you remember, the same format we used in 2003. I'm not--or else I would have had it already--doing the live format this year because it's too much a pain in the ass, although I will be "broadcasting" the draft at a later date, which will probably be on April 1 or so.
