1. Kansas City(13-0): Case Keenum will get a crack at 40, but how many in the wake of Jimmy Clausen's injury? It's also a given that Devonta Freeman will be on a pitch count until the playoffs, though Buck Allen and Nyheim Hines are holding it down.
2. Chicago(10-3): Nate Sudfeld hasn't been impressive this year, now would be a good time to start and take some pressure off Jordan Howard.
3. Carolina(8-5): Shaq Barrett has picked it up after a slow start, and James White remains the best dual-threat RB in the league, so especially now with the Enforcers' situation it's not out of the question that the two ex-Monarchs get another crack at the crown.
4. Orlando(8-5): Things have broken just right for the Rage to go from despair to a great spot in just a week, but will playing back-to-back 75 minute games catch up with them in San Francisco?
5. San Antonio(8-5): After three straight losses Kevin Sumlin must feel like he's literally defending the Alamo.
6. Dallas(7-6): The good news is the Lonestars won their last trip into Chi-town on a TD pass with one tick left, the bad news is they might need three of those.
7. Las Vegas(6-7): When your quarterback room is Chad Henne and Bryce Petty (and technically Quinton Flowers) and you're still within a game of .500, you're doing something right.
8. Washington(5-8): A few weeks into the season it didn't look like the Glory would even win three games overall much less three straight.
9. Los Angeles(4-9): The last time Derek Anderson started; A.J. Green, DeSean Jackson, and Devonta Freeman were all in the blue and silver. Of course that was the game that Anderson was benched for Connor Cook so it's not like he was lighting it up then either.
10. San Francisco(3-10): After Kyle Lauletta amazingly helped the Demons to the most (tied with Dallas) points scored against the Monarchs this year, the question briefly arises: is this the way to beat Kansas City? And then we point out that DeSean Jackson will not be available to the Monarchs' playoff opponents.
11. New York(3-10): Sure they follow up their shockingly amazing outing vs Las Vegas with a clunker at home vs Chicago in a game they knock Jimmy Clausen out for the rest of the season, but why here? See below.
12. Pittsburgh(3-10): How could you pick Chad Henne off twice and only come up with three points? Even the Hitmen did more, and they only got one.
