The Chicago Enforcers are the closest thing to a dynasty in the XFL.

back to back titles do not a dynasty make
both chi-town and LA can say that then.....

LA didn't officially win a second tile that was just a in a replay I was using for a while.
That year, NY beat, who else, Chicago, in the Million Dollar Game. So the Enforcers actually have been to the championship game three straight times.
And of course, since the Outlaws and Enforcers don't play each other in the reg season, wouldn't you just know that some of my compadres in the league office want an Enforcer/Outlaw MDG V matchup, with the Outlaws being the first team to host the X-Bowl since neutral sites were decided upon:-)

I'll go with fact.....Chicago owned me in the X-Bowl and look like they're well on their way to making a fourth straight trip.

Well hold the dynasty talk for this week because in the upset of the week, hell the season thus far, the Pittsburgh Ironmen stomp the Enforcers 23-6 at Soldier Field, which snaps their unbelievable 23-game winning streak at Soldier Field.
In 2002, the expansion Ironmen beat the Enforcers 24-23 (on a last sec TD run by current Enforcers starter Tellis Redmon oddly enough) at Memorial Stadium in Champaign, then snapped a nine-game home win streak for the Xtreme with a 43-22 win at the LA Coliseum
