1. San Francisco(4-1): Christian Watson's 106-yard "rebound" game gives the Demons five of them, tops in the league.
2. Kansas City(4-1): It's almost as if they took that Carolina loss personally.
3. Columbus(4-1): Two straight games of taking big leads only to go down to the last seconds to pull it out might be a problem when they head out on the road for the first time since...............losing a game in the last seconds.
4. Carolina(3-2): The Demons have a team-best five 100-yard WR games, Hunter Renfrow has three by himself.
5. Los Angeles(3-2): An efficient game manager? In his last two home games Desmond Ridder is completing a jawdropping 89% of his pass attempts, albeit on just 36 over the two.
6. Chicago(3-2): Gardner Minshew's 24/25 against Washington, and season overall, has probably been much more impressive considering he's been without Amon-Ra St. Brown for two games.
7. Orlando(2-3): The Rage get a big jump from staring down 0-3 and sweeping a two-game road jaunt, now can they come home and validate it?
8. San Antonio(3-2): Having David Montgomery back helped, but good on Colin Kaepernick for finally getting that long-awaited win as a starter in Seattle.
9. Washington(2-3): Reggie Barlow didn't hint at a rare in-season housecleaning following a three-game losing streak, all by 17 or more, he came right out and basically said it.
10. Dallas(3-2): Kansas City wasn't unexpected but boy that (blowout) loss to Orlando really hurts.
11. Tampa Bay(2-3): The lack of interceptions (which finally ended on the final pass against Orlando) has masked what has been a roller-coaster year for Drew Lock in which his best games have come against teams headed for top three picks.
12. St. Louis(2-3): Looks like Anthony Becht might need a short-yardage coach.
13. New York(2-3): So much for C.J. Gardner-Johnson being the difference-maker, his season comes to an early end with the Hitmen's opposing passer rating fourteen points higher than it was through five games last year.
14. San Diego(2-3): Good news is we finally saw Kenny Mcintosh, bad is (take your pick but mainly) which among at least the next four games is winnable?
15. Birmingham(1-4): After Sunday, the Bolts have six of their final ten games at home. With losses by a combined 49 points in their first two, does it matter?
16. Seattle(0-5): Garrett Gilbert's 98.1 passer rating would sure look good right about now.
