1. Kansas City(9-0): The Monarchs come off their best win of the season, even with all the early season blowouts. We'll see what happens with Jalen Mills, Devante Bausby was solid in his first start and Bashaud Breeland had an interception as Brian Hoyer was held to just 169 yards passing.
2. Chicago(8-2): Just in time for their bye week, another RB to IR (Josh Adams). They don't play again until April 28 against Pittsburgh so they can take their time.
3. San Antonio(7-2): Justin Houston could be back this week against Orlando and Tyreek Hill is back on the practice field (but still suspended).
4. Orlando(7-2): Kris Richard would eventually like the Rage to shake the dreaded play to their competition label, but not this week.
5. Carolina(5-4): The long road trip caught up with the Colonels, now it's home for three straight.
6. Las Vegas(4-5): The Outlaws have played all five teams ahead of them in these rankings and, outside of a blowout loss in Kansas City that got Lane Kiffin fired, have played decent in those (2-2 with a +17 point differential).
7. Dallas(4-5): The Lonestars could one day become the pro football version of the original Star Trek: iconic (as a team featuring Dak Prescott, Antonio Brown, and Michael Bennett would at least be a contender for), but laughably bad. The shoe finally dropped for (or on) Major Applewhite, but possibly too late.
8. Los Angeles(3-6): Will the Xtreme, finally with some momentum, show better against Kansas City this time than their 32-point drubbing in week three at the Coliseum?
9. New York(2-7): Credit to the Hitmen for not rolling over and dying against Orlando but word that Romeo Crennel is out at end of the year (and the Hitmen may make a strong push for Rex Ryan) is intensifying.
10. San Francisco(3-7): Given the Demons' difficulties at home (1-5 at Stanford Stadium) they may welcome their three straight on the road after the bye week.
11. Washington(2-7): If Romeo Crennel is out in New York after the season, Ron Rivera would become the senior coach in the league, but he might be out too.
12. Pittsburgh(1-8): Of course, what does all this say for Ron James, whose tenure began with a five-game win streak but is 1-13 since?
