Rage 22 Lonestars 19(OT) (Orlando, FL)
Michael Badgley kicked the go-ahead field goal with 6:27 left in overtime and the Rage halted Dallas' final drive to get the win as Brandon Silvers' pass on fourth and 8 from the 42 came up short. The Rage became the first team in XFL history to begin the season with three overtime games.
Brad Kaaya threw for 302 yards and Damien Harris rushed for 117 yards in the win. Defensively, Orlando sacked Silvers four times.
Silvers, in his first start for the injured Kyle Allen, was 25 of 39 for 261 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Devonta Freeman had his best game as a Lonestar, carrying 13 times for 88 yards and catching six passes for 58 yards, including a 32-yard touchdown pass.
Dallas safety Bradley McDougald left with a shoulder injury.

Monarchs 42 Sharks 23 (Kansas City, MO)
Case Keenum threw three touchdown passes, David Montgomery rushed for a season-high 121 yards, and the defense totally overwhelmed Drew Lock, who turned the ball over four times in the first half as the Monarchs rolled to a 3-0 start and their 39th straight win overall.
Keenum, who went 30 of 32 in week one to set an XFL record for single-game completion percentage, was 18 of 21 as the Monarchs built a 36-7 lead through three quarters before Colin Kaepernick took it the rest of the way. Keenum has completed over 82% of his throws through three games.
Lock finished 23 of 45 for 293 yards, throwing three interceptions and losing a fumble. His two fourth quarter touchdown passes made his final stat line look better, but the Monarchs' defense was completely in control, also shutting out Tampa Bay's run game to the tune of four yards on six carries, including D'Andre Swift to three for -4 yards.
The Monarchs also dominated the clock, holding an advantage of over 2-1 (41:01-18:59).

Demons 31 Hitmen 28 (East Rutherford, NJ)
Morgan Burnett scored two of three defensive touchdowns and Kyle Lauletta threw a 46-yard touchdown to Allen Lazard late in the fourth quarter as the Demons got a big road win in knocking off the Hitmen at MetLife Stadium.
Justin Houston got it started on the second play of the game by picking Taylor Heinicke for a 28-yard pick-six, but Burnett, who spent his first five seasons in New York, would one-up his teammate by first taking back a Heinicke interception for a score late in the first half, then two teamed up for a strip-sack in the third quarter, with Houston knocking the ball loose and Burnett scooping it up for a 77-yard return.
The Hitmen closed to within three on a Heinicke touchdown pass to J.K. Dobbins with 1:07 left, but Keelan Doss recovered the onside kick.

Enforcers 27 Stampede 20 (San Antonio, TX)
Gardner Minshew threw a pair of touchdown passes and Adrian Amos intercepted Jalen Hurts with over a minute left as the Enforcers held off the Stampede, sending San Antonio to another hard-luck loss.
Minshew threw for less than 200 yards for the second straight week but did a tremendous job leading the offense, directing both long and short drives in the second quarter. The Enforcers' first touchdown, a three-yard pass from Minshew to Demetrius Harris, came at the end of a drive that took 9:37 off the clock. Then after a late Stampede score, Corey Clement returned the kick 36 yards to the Enforcer 49, and Minshew got the Enforcers to the endzone in seven plays in just under a minute with Clement going in from five yards out for the score.
Chicago built a 27-13 lead before Hurts hit Chris Herndon for a touchdown on fourth and 5 from the 10 with 5:09 left, but that would be it as Hurts' interception, his first of the season, would doom San Antonio to an 0-3 start. Hurts finished 20 of 28 for 193 yards. Justin Jackson stepped in for an injured Miles Sanders and rushed 16 times for 135 yards and a touchdown.

Stallions 16 Colonels 15 (St. Louis, MO)
The crowd was well smaller than week one but was no less vocal as Jonathan Taylor's 18-yard touchdown run nearly a minute into the second quarter held up as the game's line touchdown and the St. Louis defense held Luke Falk to a career-worst 8 of 22 passing in nipping the Colonels, keeping them winless on the season.
Carolina had to settle for five Rodrigo Blankenship field goals, the first of which gave the Colonels their only lead at 3-0 early in the first quarter. Despite piling up 182 yards on the ground, led by 142 on 22 carries by Jordan Howard, the Colonels didn't get into the redzone until the third quarter, and inside the 10 until the fourth.
Brian Hoyer was 21 of 32 for 282 yards for the Stallions, who have won two straight. Keke Coutee also racked up nine catches for 168 yards.

Xtreme 39 Glory 7 (Carson, CA)
After two dominating road wins to begin the season, Winston Moss' fear of a home-opening letdown ended up being unfounded as the Xtreme crushed the Glory on a sunny mid-afternoon Sunday.
Josh Johnson, who is all the sudden setting the league on fire, threw three touchdown passes, giving him ten for the season to just one interception. Phillip Lindsay also ran wild to the tune of 155 yards and two touchdowns on 27 carries.
The big question coming into the game was Cardale Jones. The Xtreme answered that with a defensive swarm, sacking him four times (including a safety by Jalen Jelks) and intercepting him three. Jones finished just 24 of 47 for 212 yards with a touchdown and three picks.
The Xtreme suffered a blow when Damontae Kazee, who had one of the three picks off Jones, tore his achilles and will miss the rest of the season. Richard Sherman also left with a calf strain.
