Hitmen 20 Colonels 18 (East Rutherford, NJ)
Graham Gano drilled a 38-yard field goal with no time left as the Hitmen set a new franchise record with 12 wins by knocking off the Colonels to end the regular season on a six-game winning streak
Even on the final weekend of the season there were theatrics as the Colonels took a one-point lead on ex-Hitman Chad Henne's touchdown to Tee Higgins with 1:46 left. Then after a long return by Akeem Hunt near midfield, A.J. McCarron was picked off by SaQwan Edwards. The Colonels however couldn't seal the deal and a quick three-and-out gave the ball right back to New York, and McCarron took the Hitmen 62 yards in five plays, the big play a 43-yard catch by Joe Horn, to set up Gano's game-winner
McCarron finished 22 of 34 for 268 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Gus Edwards ran 14 times for 65 yards. Henne finished with 282 yards passing and two scores for the Colonels, who finished their first season under their former X-Bowl winning-quarterback Kevin O'Connell 5-11

Rage 31 Sharks 21 (Tampa, FL)
Brad Kaaya threw three touchdown passes and the Rage got a pivotal turnover at the end of the first half as they completed a sweep of the Sharks and ended Tampa Bay's four-game winning streak
With under a minute to play in the first half and the Sharks down 14-7 potentially driving towards a game-tying touchdown, Drew Lock hit Justin Hardy inside the 20 and he raced down the right sideline when Michael Thomas swatted at the ball and knocked it out of the endzone for a touchback. The Rage then used the momentum to build their lead to 28-7 in the third quarter on Kaaya touchdown passes to Allen Hurns and Lynn Bowden
The Rage have won all four meetings since the Sharks began play after moving to Tampa, both teams finish 6-10

Monarchs 27 Stampede 21 (Kansas City, MO)
Colin Kaepernick threw for 283 yards and a touchdown in a season-ending relief appearance and the Monarchs closed out a 15-1 regular season with a win over the Stampede, who end the season with six straight losses and clinch the #1 pick in the XFL Draft
For the second time in four weeks, the Stampede gave the Monarchs, albeit one that rested starters and rotated frequently, all they could handle as they rallied from a 14-0 deficit after one to close to within 17-14 at the half on a 96-yard kick return touchdown by Mecole Hardman, and then into the lead on an 11-yard touchdown run by Justin Jackson--who had both San Antonio touchdowns. But the Monarchs responded as Kaepernick threw a short touchdown pass to Duke Williams, then a Nick Folk field goal late in the fourth finished it off
Jalen Hurts was 12 of 24 for 171 yards with a touchdown and an interception as the Stampede, despite playing a Monarchs defense without Geno Atkins and dominated by reserves, had just 188 yards of offense

The Xtreme pulled most of their starters, Josh Johnson gave way to Brett Rypien late in the first quarter. Rypien, who originally signed with the Stallions as an undrafted free agent, threw three touchdown passes but was also picked off three times, finishing 22 of 31 for 267 yards

Demons 26 Lonestars 21 (Arlington, TX)
Kyle Lauletta threw the game-winning touchdown pass to Keelan Doss with just 36 seconds left and Zach Allen punctuated it by sacking Brandon Silvers for a safety just 11 seconds later as the Demons snapped a two-game losing streak and ended the Lonestars' winning streak at three
Lauletta began the scoring with a touchdown pass to Levine Toilolo, and then towards halftime had a chance to tie it after the Lonestars had taken a 14-7 lead. But Steven Parker, in a play that mirrored last week's game-deciding play, picked Lauletta off in the endzone with a minute left. The second half belonged to the Demons however, as they outscored Dallas 19-7 over the final two quarters
Brandon Silvers threw for 321 yards and two touchdowns, including a go-ahead 43-yard score to Tommylee Lewis, with 1:54 left. But the special teams and defense weren't up to the job of keeping the Demons at bay, as J.J. Taylor returned the ensuing kickoff 40 yards to set up the game-winning drive. After Allen sacked Silvers for the safety, Doss recovered an onside free kick to clinch the win, salvaging an 8-8 season
